This seasonal course offers a wide variety of Okinawan flavors, starting with sea grapes, mozuku seaweed salad, and bitter melon salad, followed by Agu pork Caesar salad, seared bonito, and simmered pork cartilage and tofu.We offer tempura made with seasonal vegetables, grilled sardines, and to finish off, the gently flavored Boroboro Juicy rice.Enjoy the full charm of Okinawa, right down to the vanilla ice cream for dessert served with tempura of sea snails.
