This individually-served course allows you to enjoy Okinawan flavors and seasonal ingredients one dish at a time, including sea grapes, mozuku seaweed salad, bitter melon salad, deep-fried jimami tofu, today's sashimi, slowly simmered rafute (braised pork belly), and seasonal fish, and finishes with chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) and kufa jushi (Okinawan mixed rice) and inamuduchi (Okinawan stew).For dessert, we offer vanilla ice cream served with tempura.We will serve each person individually.It's also recommended for business dinners or meals with important people.
